Since LO 7.2 we have "Add to List" instead of "Continue Previous Numbering" and
we also have a documentation about it [1] and also a documentation about
"Restart numbering"[2]

Reading initial bug report, the behaviour is in line with documentation and
therefore not a bug.

In LO 7.3 it is also available with Format -> Lists -> Add to List. To add it
also in styles menu, a new bug should be opened.

So my conclusion: I would close this bug as RESOLVED WORKSFORME. If there is
still a problem with "Add to List" or "Restart Numbering" we should discuss
this in new reports.

If somebody doesn't agree, feel free to reopen it with a short reasoning.
