Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Writer
2. Make sure that [Design Mode] under [Form] Main menu is selected
3. Select [Listbox] under [Form] Main menu
4. Place a listbox onto the Writer document
5. If "List Box Wizard" appears, click "Cancel"
6. Right click the listbox on the Writer
7. Choose "Control Properties" from the context menu.
8. Under [Data] Tab, you will see a triangle right-next to "List contents"
item. Click that button
9. OMultilineEditControl will appear
10. input some Japanese character directly into the control
Actual Results:
unable to input Japanese characters.
not sure if this has similar cause, but the symptom looks similar to the
following bug report.

I can input Japanese characters
