Border not applied in header after pressing OK (needs additional click to
appear)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a header
3. Click on the blue header popup button
4. Select Borders and backgrounds...
5. Border tab
6. Click presets -> 4 borders
7. press OK -> nothing appearing
8. Click in the document -> Border applied
Actual Results:
Border doesn't show up instantly
