My spreadsheet contains data with initials surname email and various others containing cash amounts. (Base doesn't like spaces in the column headers / field names of the calc sheet, I think this is the same with many dbase apps) Using calc as the data I create a registered database in base, selecting the tab name with the data table I want, then create two queries, for printing sorted on the email field (Like "No Email"), for emailing sorted on the email field (Like "*@*.*) .
