Description:
When Standard Filter is set and you only want to change the condition (e.g.
change '=' to '<>') it does not work unless you also update the value.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a standard filter, e.g. A = 1
2. Change the condition of the standard filter, e.g. to A > 1 (without updating
the value 1) and click OK.
Actual Results:
The standard filter is not changed, the condition remains the same.
Expected Results:
The standard filter should be changed according to the new condition.
Reproducible: Always
