Version 7.4 Alpha failed to install on Windows 11 Insider Build 25115.Failure
occurs right after Windows certification dialogue.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch installer
2.Allow Document Foundation to make changes on the device
3.Install fails
Actual Results:
Installation fails right after step 2 above.
Expected Results:
Installation should continue.Note: installation completed successfully on
Windows device running Windows 11 cumulative update KB5013943.
Reproducible: Always
