Problem description:
If you hover over a cell in Calc that has an associated comment, the comment
appears just fine. But when you move out of the cell, the top line(or 2)of
pixels are left displayed on the screen.
I have tried this on both Windows 7 and 8 and have the same result.
Other info: this problem doesn't occur in the latest OpenOffice release
(tested to rule out graphics driver problem).
Expected behavior:
The popup comment box should be removed cleanly, leaving no trace.
