While TDF packs some LO versions you found on Download page, not all is covered. You should install Help via Ubuntu packaging (like: apt install libreoffice-help-en-us or GUI or how you use it, choosing languages you want). Should there be problems, you should report to Ubuntu. If you don't confirm this, please feel free to reply and set Unconfirmed. If you find problems in using LO, that's for this bug tracker.
