Problem description: Error bars cannot be easily inserted and disappear after
save and close.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Bar Chart
2. Right click and select Insert Y error bars/Cell Range
3. Click field icon to right, nothing happens. If written in by hand, error
bars disappear after saving, closing and reopening.
Current behavior: Error bars do not insert and disappear on saving.
Expected behavior: Error bars are inserted and persist on saving.
