Example spreadsheet where the bug occurs

Problem description:

For some reason, a couple of rows get doubled in a spreadsheet.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached document
2. See that row 6 is a copy of row 4, with a blank row inserted between them
3. Delete rows 5 and 6
4. Save and close the document
5. Open the document again

Current behaviour:

The blank and copied rows reappear. It looks like row 4 is the original one as
the comment in it is conserved, and the copy (row 6) doesn't show any comment.

Expected behaviour:

The document should be the same as it was when saved.

It is the first time I see this. I can reproduce every time I follow the steps
above.

Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 3.6.5.2 release
