With inspiration from bug 140215 ...
In Windows, the icon for Libreoffice Start Center is labeled "Libreoffice" (in
the default installation in the Windows Start menu).
Enhancement proposal is to rename it to: "Libreoffice Start Center"
Reason: All other applications named "Libreoffice (app)", so unclear (at first
glance) what "Libreoffice" is supposed to do. Easier to "guess" its likely
function with this enhancement.
