Bug ID: 149291
Summary: Mouse cursor freeze if I resize sidebar in Writer /
Calc
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.3.3.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: LibreOffice
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
LibreOffice crashes if I resize the right sidebar (expanded) using the mouse
cursor. The application freezes. The mouse cursor stays as the resize icon and
doesn't respond (neither in LibreOffice nor in my desktop environment). I have
to use keyboard shortcuts to open a terminal window and kill the application
(using htop; xkill says: unable to grab cursor). It only happens in Writer and
Calc. I can always reproduce this.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer or Calc
2. Open the Properties tab of the right sidebar
3. Try to resize the sidebar
Actual Results:
The mouse cursor freezes and I can't use it (neither for LibreOffice nor for
any other application).
Expected Results:
The sidebar should have been resized.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
