Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 180358
2. Ignore the macro
3. Place the cursor in the footer on say page 1
4. Click delete footer in the blue popup
5. Enter the header
6. Click delete header in the blue popup
7. Press CTRL+Z twice -> crash
