>From start center, click on Remote Files (or File->Open Remote).
The opened dialog does not block interaction with the start center, unlike
similar Open File dialog.
You can even open several Remote Files dialogs simultaneously. However, the
dialog opened last blocks all Remote Files dialogs opened earlier.
The non-modal behavior does not provide benefits, and looks unexpected; IMO
it's best to make it modal, as Open File.
