When the current slide is not visible in the slide sorter pane, there should be
a visual indicator of whether it is above or below the currently-visible
sequence of slides. While one can figure this out by checking the slide number
- that slide number is easy to miss, being at the bottom corner of the window.
Perhaps an arrow or a bar with an arrow etc.
