If I run in Safe Mode the missing file close icon re-appears. However, after renaming my LibreOffice/4/user folder and restarting LO to create a new profile the file close icon is once again missing. This leaves me somewhat confused if the upgrade has corrupted my user profile or not. Not sure what to do now. In the meantime I have reverted to my old user folder because I have installed an extension to get the Tango icon theme, which was removed in Rel 6.1. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
