Description:
Sometimes when I open a document by double-clicking on its icon, the splash
screen is shown, but sticks with the progress bar half-way through (See
screenshot attached). I use the Task Manager to get rid of the process and
trying again it (I think) always works OK.
I noticed this a few weeks ago, after updating to 7.2.6.2
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double-click on an LO document

Expected Results:
LO should have opened the document
