Problem description:
Import a CSV with a text field without quotes that has numbers and ends with
the letter E, lose the letter
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a csv like:
1111111e,abc,123
2222222b,abc,123
2. Open the CSV file with Libreoffice.
Current behavior:
The data that Libreoffice shows is:
1111111 abc 123
2222222b abc 123
Expected behavior:
The data that Libreoffice should show is:
1111111e abc 123
2222222b abc 123
