LibreOffice/TDF does not create the Snap package. Ubuntu/Canonical creates it.

Likewise, Flatpaks are created by Red Hat and Flatpak-specific issues are
tracked in https://github.com/flathub/org.libreoffice.LibreOffice/issues

It is normal to be confused as these packaging methods bring with them an
additional level of complexity.
