It started with LO 3.6 and lasts until LO 4.0.1.2 (Win 7, 64 bit). Please try the attached, improved spreadsheet. There is not supposed to be any divison by zero by just selecting cells d1:d5 and dragging this column to the right. By the way, MS Excel does not show this behavior.
