When I open Happy Valentine.docx, I see create from template "Valentine's Day card.dot" which sounds logical. When LO creates a new document from "Letter template", then on a DOCX round-trip I see it is created from template "Letter template" which sounds logical and is identical to what happens if I save to ODT.
