The finder says in french :
"LibreOffice" est endommagé et ne peut pas être ouvert. Vous devriez placer cet
élément dans la Corbeille.
I made a new installation, but the bug is the same.
So I tried OpenOffice and it works.
Before the update of OSX 10.8.3 all worked fine in OSX 10.8.2
