First of all, please don't over-prioritize problems. I know this affects you, and it is very annoying, but 99% of our bugs are that way. If we all mark our own bugs as blocker, I think we just can remove the priority field because it doesn't make sense anymore. I can reproduce this behavior using Linux Mint 14 x64 with LibreOffice 4.0.2.1 Therefore I mark this bug as NEW and priority 'Normal Highest'.
