Footnotes and endnote settings doesn't allow to select a custom style
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Sidebar -> Styles deck -> paragraph style
3. Create a custom style by right clicking Footnote -> New Style (pick a name a
press OK
4. Tools -> Footnotes and endnotes
5. Select the drop down Paragraph Style and search for the custom style
