With the Scrolling Direction set to "Natural" the page movement is in the same direction as scrolling. This necessitates that the scroll bar moves in the opposite direction, i.e. scroll up and the bar moves down. To do otherwise would be wrong since the scroll bar indicates the position of the current view in relation the entire page. Scroll bar at the top means page at the top. I must have been mistaken when I confirmed the bug as in my opinion it is not a bug. I don't understand how the original reporter could have said that the vertical scroll bar moved with the scrolling. In my opinion that would indicate a bug in the vertical direction display.
