Description:
The 7.4.3.2 that has just been upgraded detects whether there is a new version
and shows a failure
Steps to Reproduce:
1. menu
2. click help
3. click check for updates ...
4. status: “Checking for an update failed.”
Actual Results:
Checking for an update failed.
Expected Results:
You should prompt "Already have the latest version" or find a new version and
prompt for installation

The previous version of 7.4.3.2 seems to be 7.3.3.2, I clicked "Detect New
Version" to find 7.4.3.2, after installing 7.4.3.2 "Detect New Version"
function is like this. I have a normal network and can access libreoffice.org
and other websites, which I don't think is caused by network problems.
