Description:
Create a new menu to define, view, edit and delete ranges of cells:
Enhancement asked to make easier hide or show range of cells (rows and/or
columns) on worksheets.
With this tool, several ranges of visible cells can be predefined on the same
worksheet to use according to the user's requirement, without having to repeat,
manually, the process of showing or hiding the rows and/or columns that you
need visible.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
on FORMAT menu:
Format-> View Range -> Define (to define the range of cells to view on screen)
                    -> Call (to activate the rage of cells to use for work)
                    -> Edit (to hide or show ranges of cells on a defined
range)
                    -> Clear (to delete a defined range of cells)

Additional Info:
Something similar to the  Print range's tool, But only to predefine a visible
cell ranges to work.
