          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal

A few dimension lines to test

Actual results:
When a dimension line is more than 90° and less than 135°, and more than 270°
and less than 315° (as a backslash) the text (if parallel to line) is upside
down.

Expected results:
Dimension lines text must be readed from left to right (in RTL context),
otherwise (at 90° and 270°) from bottom to top.

May an architect or engineer correct me about the proper angle limits (see ISO
129-1:2004(E) 5.6.2).

Tested with:
Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha1 (x86) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: b871abad383583f02eb49c7e49aeae01f6941072
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.1 Service Pack 1 Build 7601; UI render:
Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: es-MX (es_MX); UI: es-ES
Calc: threaded
