Changing version as you've said it's been present for a long long time. We use
Version field to reflect oldest known version, not to reflect latest version
that the bug is tested on.
I will have a look and prioritize. It will not be a critical bug, critical bugs
are bugs that cause major loss of data, crashes, memory corruption, etc... this
sounds like a normal bug (maybe high priority).
