Bug ID: 149905
Summary: Line wrapping in LibreOffice does not automatically
adjust the size of column
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.3.4.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
When i have longer text in columns, I need them wrapped and adjusted, so that
they are shown in one column whole.
At first I finished writing everything I needed and then tried wrapping lines (
I went to Format - Cells - Alignment - Automatic_alignment) . It did not adjust
the column size.
I tried creating new file, first setting text wrap as mentioned above and then
pasting normally, unformated text and all other options. Did not adjust the
size of column.
In both cases, when i tried adjusting column height it did not wrap the text or
it did not adjust the column size.
Steps to Reproduce:
One option
1.Write text
2.Wrap text
Second option
1.Wrap text in all (ctrl+A)
2.Paste every option.
Actual Results:
Nothing
Expected Results:
Wrapped text in column with adjusted size.
Reproducible: Always
