Bug ID: 149925
Summary: Changes color of text in Excel files from "Red" to
"Orange".
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.2.7.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
Occasionally, I've opened an Excel file in Libre Office, and it will change the
color of every red lettered text to Orange. So, if I save the file and reopen
the file in either Microsoft Excel or Libre Office all red text is now orange
text. This was using Version 7.2.7 of Libre Office.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open an Excel file containing text lettering in red within Libre Office.
2.Check to see if there is now Orange text in the file.
3.Save the file as an Excel file using Libre Office.
4.Reopen the file using Microsoft Excel. Now all text previously set as Red
shall be orange in the new file.
Actual Results:
1.Open an Excel file containing text lettering in red within Libre Office.
2.Check to see if there is now Orange text in the file.
3.Save the file as an Excel file using Libre Office.
4.Reopen the file using Microsoft Excel. Now all text previously set as Red
shall be orange in the new file.
Expected Results:
All of my Red text in my Excel file had turned Orange after being save through
Libre Office
Reproducible: Sometimes
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Libre Office should not have changed the color of all red text in the original
Excel file to Orange.
