Shows the dialog at LibO 3.5 with Default button
Since LibO 3.6 and launch the Help button in dialogs, the Default button at
Format -> Alignment dialog is missing.
Alignment 35.png - shows the dialog at LibO 3.5 with Default button;
Alignmant 40.png - shows the dialog at LibO 3.6 and 4.0 with Help button and
missing Default button.
