Dear, at moment we can hide the menu-bar on grouped, tabbed, standard and
standard single interfaces, except in "contextual single".
When I navigate to Tools -> Customize, I and only add the menu-bar entry to the
"standard" and "standard single" interfaces.
It would be great to have that option as well in contextual single.
