This is still a fairly old build from late January (you can see it by clicking
on the Build ID, which is the git hash of the commit the build is from, and
checking the date).
Please try again with a more recent build, eg. 7.4.0.1, which is the RC1 of the
upcoming 7.4.0 version:

Yes, with a recent build from the development branch (which is named master).
He didn't specify the exact hash it's from, probably doesn't matter much as
long as it's from the past few weeks.

I'm closing this again, if the bug persists when tried with a recent build, do
reopen it, and add specific steps.
