Problem description: (ENHANCEMENT)
A faint non-printable outline isn't shown around a text box so a user can't
create a text box beforehand because it will be deleted. This can be awkward
for templates and seeing how large a text box is.
Steps to reproduce:
1. .... Create a text box
2. .... No non-printable outline is displayed when a user clicks elsewhere on
the page and the text box is deleted
THIS IS NOT A BUG BUT RATHER AN ENHANCEMENT.
