Perhaps I could not explain the situation clearly enough. What I want is that LIBRE OFFICE WRITER ALWAYS KEEPS THE LANGUAHGE SELECTED FOR "ALL TEXT", BUT ONLY FOR THE DOCUMENT IT WAS SELECTED FOR, REGARDLESS OF WINDOWS INPUT LANGUAGE. Unless the "all text" language of the document is changed later on purpose. Then, of course, Writer shuld keep the new "all text" language for that document.
