The PPTX file indicates that the font on the right side should be "OfficinaSanITCBoo", but in the PDF file it is "Nimbus Roman L" In my setup (Kubuntu 12.04 with KDE 4.8, LibO 4.0.1) this typeface is replaced with DejaVu Sans. When exporting the file as provided, the file looked OK with DejaVu. I forced to replace it with "Nimbus Sans L" after exporting, and also the file looked OK too.
