Small test MS Excel 365 file with named ranges

I'd also be in favour of implementing this feature, which shouldn't be very
hard.
This would also improve interoperability with MS Excel.

The attachment is a small archive with three files:
- "Test of named ranges.xlsx": MS Excel example file with commented names
- "Test of named ranges Excel dialog.png" : screenshot of name dialog in LO
- "Test of named ranges LO dialog": screenshot of the name dialog in Excel

Excel allows comments on names. When importing the file in LO, not only are the
comments not shown, but also are erased upon re-saving the file, hindering
interoperability.

The feature is also useful beyond interoperability, as proper documentation is
a good practice that should be encouraged.
(Of course, one can always devote a sheet in the workbook to documentation,
which is what I do currently.)
