There are more problems:
1. The import should have created a frame, not a custom shape with textbox.
2. In generally, 'Remove textbox' should not kill its content, but give an
option to move the content to the shape. Currently you first need to copy the
content, remove the textbox and then insert the content again.
3. In case the shape is an unrotated custom shape 'rectangle' (as it is in this
case) there should be an option 'convert to frame'.
>From my point of view, the 'Textbox' feature in Writer is half-baked.
