Create a text document; Insert->Media->Audio or Video; select some MP3 file.
Back in the document, select the newly created media icon, and look at
automatically appearing Media Playback toolbar (appears at the bottom).
In Writer 5.3, it contained functional playback controls and the media name.
Starting with 5.4, the panel only has one button ("Insert Audio or Video"),
which is disabled. One only can control the playback using sidebar's Properties
panel.
The same steps in Calc produce normal Media Playback toolbar.
