The issue is that LibreOffice show in different time the window "Insert a smart card" and it's necesary press the Cancel buttom y try again some times. About my environmet: I have Windows 7, the last versiones of LibreOffice and to sign I'm using a certificate generated by the Costa Rica goverment (see: http://www.firmadigital.go.cr/).
