Test the logo in report "Bericht" - couldn't be aligned to anything else than
"top".

Open the attached database.
Execute the report.
Have a look at the image.
Both logos will set on top (and also one label "Logo").
Now open the report for editing.
Click on the controls and have a look at properties.
Vert. Alignment is set to "middle", as it is set to "middle" for all field.
You could set this for image control where you want. image will always be shown
as it has been set to "top".
Another bug is alignment of the upper field with label "Logo". Will report this
separately.

All detected with OpenSUSE 15.3 64bit rpm Linux
Version: 7.3.5.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 184fe81b8c8c30d8b5082578aee2fed2ea847c01
CPU threads: 6; OS: Linux 5.3; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

It's the same buggy behavior in older versions here (Tested with LO 7.1.5.2
also). Could be it never worked…
