Description:
Windows context menu for libre office allows creating a new file.
You right click in a folder, select new, select OpenDocument Text. and it
creates New OpenDocument Text.odt
This context menu operation is added by libreoffice when you install it.

If you set a default template, or if you modify the default font choices via
settings, they do not apply to those new files. They only apply when you open a
new untitled document via the start menu shortcut for libreoffice writer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new template and set it as default. or go into settings and change
the default font choice
2. use windows context menu to create a New OpenDocument Text.odt

Actual Results:
original default template that shipped with libreoffice is used
