           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.0.4.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal

          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
The word 'Bathroom' is a common English word. It is not exclusively American.
It is underlined in blue so I right click it and see it says 'American word'. I
choose ignore and it only ignores the current instance of the word. All other
instances of 'bathroom' continue to be underlined. So instead I choose
'Spelling'. The box says 'Not in dictionary' and 'Small shed next to
bathroom:', and suggests 'toilet' which is not an equivalent as, in English,
that refers to a room with only a toilet, or a toilet and wash basin. I choose
[Add to Dictionary] and the [Add to Dictionary button] disappears and the word
bathroom remains underlined in blue in the main text. This should not happen.
Do I have to restart the program? That shouldn't be necessary. I have English
(UK) installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See description
2.
3.

Actual Results:
See description

Expected Results:
Word not added immediately to English (UK) dictionary

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Added the word to the English (UK) dictionary
