Screenshot showing the unremovable toolbar

(This concerns the LibreOffice build as shipped by Fedora Linux)

Some toolbar that you can see in the attached screenshot is stuck being
visible, even though all toolbars in the "View" menu are unchecked, and there
is no image selected where it could be relevant - if you look below you can see
text is selected - making it showing up seemingly useless.

Also, the documentation on this toolbar seems to be conflicting making one of
the following two pages possibly incorrect:

- https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/ro/text/sdraw/main0200.html says the
"Image Bar" is "color, contrast, and brightness options" which is what I'm
seeing, but then it links this one for details:

- https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/he/text/shared/02/24010000.html says the
"Image Bar" has "various filters" like "Invert" which is NOT what I'm seeing
and also not what the previous page said the "Image Bar" was.

Based on that I also don't know what the proper name for that toolbar is and I
think the related documentation could use some fixing.
