Description:
Track changes: Top border disappears when deleting top table row with track
changes record ON and show OFF
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. insert a 2x2 table
3. Edit -> Track changes -> Disable show & enable record
4. Place the cursor in the left top cell (A1)
5. Press delete row
Actual Results:
There is no top border anymore (go to print preview to double check (or table
properties -> Borders
Expected Results:
There should be a top border
Reproducible: Always
