If I understand this bug correctly this shouldn't have anything to do with the png writer itself, but with the bitmap passed to the exporter when you export the .odg. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also as Buovjaga said I don't think you should use modify resolution and modify dimensions together. If you make changes to modify resolution then select modify dimensions and make changes there, shouldn't the modify resolution changes be ignored?
