Description:
When entering a comment into a Writer document, I cannot use macOS native
dictation. Dictation works when entering into the document itself.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer document
2. Select Insert->Comment
3. Press dictation key (has the microphone symbol)
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
Microphone symbol should appear on the screen and anything I say using my voice
should be entered in the comment as text.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
