I couldn't locate it in test of attachment 181771 (also in its source).

I couldn't find that file either.

Anyway: when I download the attachment to my D:/Downloads as
"72282_Chapter_02.html", copy it side-by-side as "72282_Chapter_03.html" (so I
have these two files next to each other), and open "72282_Chapter_02.html" in
LibreOffice Version: 7.4.0.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 1512ce97d7ed39dce3121f7e15651fd8895f950e
CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: ru-RU (ru_RU); UI: en-US
Calc: CL

(I just right-click the file in Windows Explorer and choose "Open With
LibreOffice"), I can Ctrl+Click on the hyperlink at the bottom of the document,
and the other file gets open in Chrome without warnings.
