Document with tb-lr page text direction
Open attached file. It has page text direction "left-to-right (vertical)". That
is for Mongolian texts.
Save it to DOCX format and open the saved file in Word.
Result: The page direction is "vertical" instead. That is text is top-down,
then right-left.
Expected: The page direction is top-down, left-right. Word is able to use this
page direction although a UI in a western Word has no option to set it.
